½ teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon of powdered milk
2 whole eggs
250gof wheat flour
50g melted margarine
1 sachet of dry organic yeast
¼ teaspoon of salt
200g ripe banana
100g sugar
250 ml coconut milk
Method of preparation
1. Add and beat the eggs and sugar in a blender.
2. Next, add the bananas, flour, coconut milk, powdered milk, salt and yeast and beat again until smooth.
3. Add the margarine last and also the vanilla essence, beating once more.
4. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover with a clean napkin and let it rest for 1 hour.
5. After this time, mix the dough for a few moments.
6. Take a non-stick frying pan, add some culinary rings to it, and fill them with the dough.
7. Place over low heat with the pan covered.
8. When the bottom part has come away from the pan and some holes form at the top, remove the ring and change the sides.
